Χριστός Ανέστη! Aληθώς ανέστη! Today is the Tuesday of Bright Week following Great and Holy Pascha in the Orthodox Church, which this year happily coincided with the Protestant and Roman Catholic celebrations of Easter. On the day after the Feast of Feasts, the world found out that the Roman Church college of cardinals will soon elect a new Pope, as Francis (the Argentinian, Jorge Mario Bergoglio) passed away.

As our readers may have noticed, posting was light during the Holy Week before the holiday, as our team members took time to be with their families and friends. Now that our Bulgarian web developers are back this mid-week, we are planning the big push over the next couple of weeks, before the new ExitStrategyWorld DOT com website goes live. We recently surpassed 300 posts of video commentaries or multimedia content on the ESW Patreon, approaching 325 posts. As you can imagine, the process of copying this content over so that it is freemium and available to all ESW readers has proven laborious. But myself and our COO and CMO believe this is necessary to make the site fully navigable for visitors and also as an extended preview for the forthcoming paid subscription options.

The most exciting part of our new site is of course, rolling out the revamped residency and citizenship by investment offers, as well as the international real estate listings, presenting our partners on the ground in Dubai and their preferred luxury properties in the UAE. These are apartment as well as villa properties the purchase of which can meet the 2,000,000 AED (approximately $545,000) threshold for residency in the Emirates via property investment. The listings will also come with an introduction to the property buying and selling process in the UAE and an approximation of how long the process typically takes. And the UAE is just the beginning for the country listings we will be presenting. More on that topic, as we get closer to all systems go launch.

Speaking of which, in the background, the work on the mobile application continues, for our planned downloadable ESW app launch date in mid-June 2025 (Q2). We're pleased to say we have seen a preview of it from our excellent Bulgaria-based dev team. We also have some exciting and high profile show guests lined up for the ESW Webcast, which is going to be shifting from StreamYard to a new platform in the coming months.
