David is an American Jewish expat resident of Buenos Aires, Argentina who is also frequently found in Brazil. David is a classically trained concert pianist who has performed at New York's Carnegie Hall and rubbed elbows with global movers and shakers. In addition to enjoying the steaks, wines and gorgeous turn of the 20th century architecture, David chose to reside in BA in part for its vibrant classical and jazz music scene. David previously ran a retail travel arbitrage business in Venezuela.As ESW’s Southern Cone columnist, David covers expat life, affordability and business opportunities across South America with an emphasis on Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Chile and Paraguay.
