ESW Eurasia Editor Stanislav Krapivnik on the USG and Western Governments
Hunt for Russian DeFi/Fintech Founders

In the above video, Stanislav Krapivnik discusses the arrest of Telegram cofounder Pavel Durov in France and the Globalist American Empire (GAE)'s worldwide manhunt for Russian DeFi / Fintech founders. Many of these Russian techies have liberal politics, but are quickly becoming disillusioned regarding 'the rule of law' in Western countries.
Those who don't wish to return to their Motherland may opt to stay in Georgia (which has adopted a more neutral rather than simply pro-Western or pro-Moscow foreign policy), Armenia (where the wildly unpopular pro-EU Nikol Pashinyan government is clinging to power) or the UAE for some time. But the Emiratis disturbingly have become more compliant of late with the Empire's demands when it comes to turning over Russians accused of violating US sanctions, however absurd Washington's notions of extra-territoriality.
For ambitious Russians in fintech who don't want to come back, we would advise moving to Hong Kong--which recently made its laws more crypto-friendly--as a safer option. At least the HK SAR authorities being patriotic Chinese are going to think twice before complying with another American hostage-taking for the Cold War 2 exchange pool.
