Tim and Ilona discuss traditional and family gender roles in Russia and her podcast interviewing Russian businesswomen. They talk about the explosion in podcasts and YouTube/Rutube channels in Russia, and also discuss what in Ilona's opinion is the easiest online business to create, selling clothing and items on the online marketplace Wildberries.ru. She believes this marketplace is still working to catch up with Amazon and many Amazon concepts can be successfully brought to Russia. Ilona believes this is a highly recommended approach for female foreigners coming to Russia as well as Russian female "repats" like herself.
